5 Part Salad Sprouting Mix
contains Alfalfa, Radish, Mung Bean, Lentil & Broccoli; the five most
popular sprouts. The radish adds spice and the beans add a nutty flavor and
higher fiber.
Please note:
Testing dates on all packages refer to the date the sprouts were tested to make
sure the crop is viable for germination. This is NOT an expiration
date.
Basic storage is Cool, Dry, and
Dark with humidity of 70% or less. Shelf life of 5 Part Salad Sprouting Mix
is 5 years. Refrigerating will at least double it and Freezing will increase
shelf life by 4-5 times.
