The Spinner is made totally from stainless steel. It has a 3" arm with a 1/2 " dia. Solid stainless steel ball at each end which rotates freely around a 3" long 1/4" dia. spindle. The Spinner can be fastened to the top or side of the parrots cage. The Spinners steel attachment is recommended for the large Macaws, Cockatoos and Hyacinths.
