Avitech AviGain is used for birds that need help gaining or maintaining weight during or after illness or for maintaining the weight of weaning chicks. It is a formulation of proteins, vegetable fat, and complex carbohydrates and contains appetite stimulating herbs. Sprinkle recommended amount on bird's food: small birds (Cockatiels, Budgies, Finches, etc.) 1/2 teaspoon per day medium birds (Amazons, Greys, Pionus) 1 teaspoon per day large birds (Cockatoos, Macaws) 1 tablespoon per day
