Bird Paradise is dedicated to the well-being of all birds. Our passion is manifested in two ways. First, the proper care of companion parrots is of utmost important to us. In that regard, we want to share our expertise with all bird owners so that they are knowledgeable about proper diet, the necessity of full-spectrum lighting, appropriate toys (especially those that relate to foraging), creating the optimal environment (specifically providing the appropriate cage size), etc. We know that not every species of bird is a good match for every family. That is why we put so much time into working with potential bird owners to make sure that an ideal match is made. We realize that talking ability, the color of a bird, the size, or even the price is not the ultimate criteria. We want our customers to make an educated decision and to be fully aware of the long time commitment involved in sharing their lives with these wonderful feathered creatures.

Secondly, because of our passion, we test all of our parrots. We do not randomly test; rather, each tested bird has its own folder in which the owner will find the species, band number, and lab results on the lab's letterhead. This testing give us peace of mind that our birds are healthy and free of disease. We also frequently do environmentals of our store. Our peace of mind then becomes your peace of mind.
