Broccoli sprouts have become very popular after it was discovered
that they abound with the amzing cancer fighting phytochemical,
sulforaphane.
Please note: Testing dates on all packages refer to the
date the sprouts were tested to make sure the crop is viable for germination.
This is NOT an expiration date.
Basic
storage is Cool, Dry, and Dark with humidity of 70% or less. Shelf life of
Broccoli Sprouting Seed is 5 years. Refrigerating will at least double it and
Freezing will increase shelf life by 4-5 times.
