Radish
sprouts are crisp and slightly hot/spicy. They sprout well with other
seeds. Radish sprouts contain Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. They also
contain Calcium Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus,
and Potassium.
In
"people" food, add radish sprouts to vegetable dishes for a little spicy
addition.
Please note: Testing dates on all packages refer to the
date the sprouts were tested to make sure the crop is viable for germination.
This is NOT an expiration date.
Basic
storage is Cool, Dry, and Dark with humidity of 70% or less. Shelf life of
Radish Sprouting Seed is 5 years. Refrigerating will at least double it and
Freezing will increase shelf life by 4-5 times.
