Lentil Fest contains Blue French Lentils, Red Lentils, and hearty Green Lentils. Lentils provide high protein, are easy to sprout.  They also contain vitamin B, folate, iron, dietary fiber and minerals.

Please note: Testing dates on all packages refer to the date the sprouts were tested to make sure the crop is viable for germination. This is NOT an expiration date.

Basic storage is Cool, Dry, and Dark with humidity of 70% or less. Shelf life of Crunchy  Lentil Fest is 5 years. Refrigerating will at least double it and Freezing will increase shelf life by 4-5 times.
