"Chains And Leather" from Happy Beaks mixes colorful leather strips, plastic beads, and a shiny bell on a dangling plastic chain, giving small birds a lightweight toy that combines chewing, preening, and noise-making in one.

At under $10, it's an easy, low-cost add-on toy in the same price range as basic bell toys sold at pet chains, with a wider mix of textures for the price.
