The "Foraging Cupcake" from Happy Beaks is sized for conures and cockatiels, packing crinkle paper and a finger trap inside a cupcake shape that birds shred through to reach the filling.

Sized right for mid-sized birds, it's a good step up in difficulty from small finger-trap toys without jumping to the large multi-part foraging toys made for bigger parrots.
