The "Hatching" foot toy from Happy Beaks USA combines wooden cups, a vine ball, and crinkle paper into an easy-to-grip toy for medium birds to hold and shred.

At under $5, it's an inexpensive foot toy — a good low-cost pick for rotating through several toys in a cage without a big investment.
