"Tres Huevos" ("three eggs") from Happy Beaks (Built in the USA) hangs three colorful plastic balls, beads, stars, and a bell on a wire, giving small birds a lightweight, jingling toy to bat around and chew.

At under $9, it's an inexpensive USA-made pick for small birds — priced with the basic bell toys at pet chains, but with more color and texture variety in one piece.
