Storing your 20 lb bag

With a bag this size, good storage keeps it fresh to the last scoop:

1. On arrival, transfer it to sealed, rigid containers.
2. Keep about a 10–14 day supply at room temperature.
3. Refrigerate the rest.
4. Don't freeze it. Ice crystals can melt and cause mold.

Check the container regularly to make sure it stays fresh.
