USPS Service Interruption

What's happening?

We have been experiencing significant and ongoing issues with the United States Postal Service (USPS) that are affecting shipments across the board. These disruptions have made it increasingly difficult for us to provide reliable tracking information, and in many cases, delivery timeframes that we would normally be confident standing behind. Packages that are sent via USPS may show little to no tracking movement for extended periods, and in some instances, tracking information may not update at all, even while your order is on its way to you.

We understand how frustrating this can be. When you have placed an order and are eagerly waiting for it to arrive, not knowing where it is or when it will get there is genuinely stressful, and we are truly sorry that this is the situation we find ourselves in.

What does this mean for your order?

If you have already placed an order and it was shipped via USPS, please know that we have not forgotten about you. Your order is most likely still in transit, even if the tracking information is not reflecting that. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, and we want you to know that we are monitoring the situation closely.

However, if your order has been significantly delayed beyond what you would reasonably expect, or if you have any concerns at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are here, we are listening, and we will do everything in our power to make things right.

Our recommendation going forward

In light of these ongoing issues, we strongly advise customers to avoid selecting USPS as their shipping carrier when placing new orders with us. We recommend choosing one of our other available shipping options such as UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier we have available at checkout, as these have proven to be far more reliable during this period and are much more likely to provide accurate tracking and timely delivery.

We know that USPS is often the most affordable option, and we genuinely wish we did not have to steer you away from it. But your peace of mind and the safe, timely arrival of your order matters to us far more than anything else, and we feel it is our responsibility to be upfront with you about what we are seeing.
